Privacy and data-subject requests
For requests under GDPR, the Egyptian PDPL, the UAE PDPL, the Saudi PDPL, or equivalent laws (data access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection):

- Response window: 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests)
Most data-subject requests can also be satisfied in-app via Settings → Export Data or Settings → Delete Account.
Security disclosures
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability:

- Please include reproduction steps and impact details.
- We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours.
- Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
